Dr. Ci Ren is a Lecturer in Business Law at the School of Law, University of Leeds, England.
Prior to this, Dr. Ren obtained her PhD from the King’s College London and lectured on Company Law and Corporate Governance at Queen Mary University of London. She also consults as a Senior Advisor at Asia Capital Group Ltd.
Dr. Ren is a member of the US Academy of Legal Studies in Business (ALSB) and the UK Society of Legal Scholars (SLS).
