Dr Ci Ren
Dr. Ci Ren is a Lecturer in Business Law (Assistant Professor) at the School of Law, University of Leeds, England.
Prior to this, Dr. Ren obtained her PhD & LLM degrees from the King’s College London and lectured on Company Law and Corporate Governance at Queen Mary University of London. She also consults as a Senior Advisor at Asia Capital Group Ltd.
Dr. Ren is a member of the US Academy of Legal Studies in Business (ALSB) and the UK Society of Legal Scholars (SLS).
