Ci Ren is a PhD candidate in International Financial Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London, where she also serves as a Research Associate. She has published extensively in leading commercial and financial journals, including the Journal of Business Law, International Company and Commercial Law Review, and Journal of International Banking Law and Regulation.

In addition, Ci is a Lecturer at at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London, where she teaches Company Law and Corporate Governance. She is also a Senior Consultant at Asia Capital Group Ltd, leveraging her expertise at the intersection of law, finance, and global markets.

As an experienced researcher and lecturer in Law, Business, and International Finance, Ci is a member of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business (ALSB, United States).
